| South Kitsap Park is right across the street from Mariner's Glen. The park has acres of woods with walking and mountain bike trails, horseshoe pits, BMX trails, batting cages, baseball fields, playground, new skate park, and a train. Lots of common shopping and services are within walking distance to our community, such as grocery stores, convenience stores, Walmart, restaurants, drugstores, etc. |

| Port Orchard is a nice quiet town, located conveniently between Bremerton and Tacoma which makes it easy to travel to the large towns but none of the hussle and bussle. There is a ferry that travels from Port Orchard across to Seattle for weekend enjoyment or daily business. There is much recreation in Port Orchard, take a hike through the woods, swim in a lake, visit the waterfront, or get lost in one of the curious stores downtown. |

| Our community is surrounded by trees, there is even a walking path through the woods. There is much recreation to enjoy within our community; fitness center, swimming, playgrounds, and relaxing in the hot tubs. |
